The program has had an all round benefit to my health it has shown me how to be more aware of my diet and physical health. I have also noticed an improvement in my mental well being, I would recommend this course for anybody who is wanting to feel an improvement both mentally and physically.

I can honestly say the programme is fantastic and all of the group I was with achieved excellent results in the 6 weeks.

There is no rocket science with this programme. It is all about exercising and eating healthily.

The classes are fantastic and stretching, but give a great all over body workout – the feeling when done is great. They are also an excellent social forum too and I’ve made many new friends in the 6 weeks.

The diet side of the programme was a real eye opener for me – it forces you to think about food differently and really understand and plan what you are eating, which initially is challenging but soon becomes much easier, especially with the support of Amy and Jess. I have learnt so much over the last weeks about food, and have a variety of new recipes and information that I will continue to use ongoing.

I’ve seen through myself, the group I was with, and many others, the results this course can deliver. It does require some effort and thought over the six weeks but I can honestly say that the effort is worth it – I feel so much better about myself, feel much healthier and fitter, and more importantly have learnt things that will stay with me for ever more.

If you are thinking about doing a transformation course I really encourage you to do it. You will not regret it!

Inspired by a friend who amazed me with her results after a recent 6 week Transformation with ALM, I decided to try it myself. In my 40th inactivity, good food and wine kept piling on the weight. I fear diets because of the Yo-Yo effect but this approach of a Lifestyle change appealed to me. I have to admit though that after initially signing up with Amy I was excited and petrified in equal measures of the journey ahead.

However Amy and Jess are there every step of the way motivating, answering questions, providing you with recipes, workout challenges etc. The support provided by family, friends and other ALM members is also invaluable especially when the going gets tough.

A real plus is the meal planning, it really kicks bad habits and it’s something I will continue with.

The exercise classes are varied and evenly distributed throughout the week. It’s not always easy to stay on plan but I was surprised at my own determination, new found energy but also how quickly you have visible results.

How I felt and looked made me unhappy for a few years so signing up for the 6 week Transformation has been such a good decision and I actually wonder what took me so long…
